That expertise deserves an online stage. We have big ambitions, which is why we’re looking for an all-round digital marketer to further strengthen our visibility and position in the market.

In this role, you’ll own our digital marketing approach. You’ll create and manage content for LinkedIn and Instagram, run targeted LinkedIn campaigns (including retargeting), and ensure we’re easier to find online through SEO, link building, and website optimisation. You know the IT market, navigate the digital landscape with ease, and understand how to translate B2B expertise into reach and results. Alongside your specific tasks for digital presence, you’ll also contribute to our overall marketing strategy. You’ll be part of our Sales & Marketing team because we believe sales and marketing must truly work together to achieve success. You’ll report directly to the Director of Marketing & Sales.

What you’ll do

  • Contribute to our marketing strategy and translate it into our digital positioning.

  • Develop and manage our social content: planning, copy, formats, and creating visuals.

  • Gather stories from teams and experts and turn them into strong B2B content about our solutions, projects, and people.

  • Set up LinkedIn advertising from A to Z: audiences, ads, budgets, A/B testing, and retargeting.

  • Coordinate/create ad designs that fit our brand style and focus on performance.

  • Improve our online visibility through SEO, link building, and website optimisation around our themes and propositions.

  • Optimise landing pages and content structure with a focus on traffic, relevance, and conversion.

  • Monitor results (social, ads, SEO, website) and adjust based on data and impact.

Job requirements

  • You’re an energetic and friendly personality to strengthen our fun and ambitious team.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social and/or performance marketing.

  • Proven experience running and optimising LinkedIn campaigns, including retargeting.

  • Extensive experience in SEO and link building and know how to apply it practically.

  • Creative and analytical: you write strong content and optimise sharply based on data.

  • You write clear, professional Dutch and can make complex/technical topics understandable and engaging.

  • You work independently, bring structure, and are a strong sparring partner for colleagues and experts.

  • Experience in B2B and the IT sector is a strong plus.

  • A completed HBO or WO degree in communication, media, marketing, or similar.
