As a Finance Consultant, you guide clients in improving their financial processes with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, combining your expertise with our best practices. You’ll do this in an international environment, working alongside colleagues with diverse areas of expertise. You’ll receive personal guidance for your career development and plenty of room to express your individuality and contribute your own ideas.

What does this look like in practice?

• Together with a team of specialists, you implement the Dynamics 365 solution at the client.

• In your role, you are responsible for the implementation of processes within the financial domain.

• You are often involved from the pre-sales phase and guide the client throughout the project toward a successful go-live.

• You analyze the client’s processes and needs, both at the management level and for end users.

• You advise the client and apply best practices commonly used in finance.

• When standard solutions don’t meet the client’s needs, you create a functional design, oversee the development of the functionality, and implement it at the client.

• You lead workshops to discuss the solution with the client.

• You train users and support the client through every step toward the new solution.

• Strong communication skills

• At least 3 years of experience with ERP implementations in the financial domain

• Affinity with process optimization, digitalization, automation, agile, and scrum methodologies
