At Conclusion Enablement, as a Senior Sales professional, you have the freedom and responsibility to work the way you want. You bring in new clients, build long-lasting relationships, and deliver lasting value through our approach in application (.NET) services.

In this role, you will:

• Seek out new deals in the area of custom software development, with a focus on .NET technology;

• Play an active role throughout the entire commercial process: from writing proposals and tenders to onboarding new clients;

• Act as a point of contact for development opportunities with existing clients and translate their needs into suitable software solutions;

• Work closely with the delivery team and management to successfully realize projects;

• Collaborate with our technology partners such as Microsoft and leverage our Solutions Partner status to convince clients.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

• At least 5 years of experience in sales within software development, with a proven track record in acquisition;

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a commercial field;

• Ability to translate client needs—from C-level to operational—into concrete solutions within our service model;

• Experience in writing tenders and participating in RFP processes;

• You thrive on building relationships from the very first contact;

• Clear, persuasive communication skills with a strong sense of relationships and dynamics;

• A natural ability to win trust and a passion for working with clients on sustainable solutions.
