As one of the Quality Managers within our organization, you are responsible for continuously demonstrating and improving the quality of our services. You play an important role across various disciplines, including quality management, risk management, and business continuity management.

Your mission is to ensure compliance with standards—not just to tick boxes (although certifications are important to us)—but to strengthen quality awareness throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor for clients and management, capable of designing and implementing practical solutions that enhance the organization.

What this looks like in practice:

• Managing the Quality Management System (QMS): Keeping it up to date and aligned with evolving regulations and relevant control frameworks.

• Supporting process managers: Performing risk-based analyses to ensure process controls are executed and documented.

• Informing clients and partners: Communicating about our QMS and finding ways to strengthen quality awareness and risk-based thinking across the chain.

• Expanding the QMS: Developing it further for existing and future clients, as quality management becomes increasingly important.

• Promoting quality awareness: Advising colleagues—both proactively and reactively—on opportunities to improve service quality and ensure compliance with standards.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

• Certifications and Audits. Conclusion Mission Critical is certified for ISO9001, ISO20000, ISO22301, ISO27001, ISAE3402, and SOC2. Knowledge of these frameworks is not mandatory but definitely a plus. The same applies to experience with the Baseline Information Security for Government (BIO).

• Quality Assurance and Improvement. You’ll work on quality assurance and continuous improvement, leveraging your experience in professional services. Affinity with our services is essential.

• Communication. We’re looking for a true conversation partner for management, employees, auditors, and clients. Not an “ivory tower” quality officer pointing out mistakes, but a colleague who understands challenges and helps improve the quality of work.

• Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written

• Knowledge of and affinity with Gen-AI is a strong plus. We’re looking for colleagues who are curious about new technologies and can translate AI’s potential into smart IT solutions.
