BELANGRIJK:
Om ervoor te zorgen dat evt. kandidaten vacatures kunnen filteren op de werkenbij, dien je TAGS (in het bovenste blok) in te vullen. Je MOET een werkveld én een vakgebied kiezen. Selecteer je ook een ‘Bedrijf’ tag, vul dan altijd de Afdeling.

As an Recruiter at myBrand Conclusion, you are the connecting link between talent and our organization. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from creating job descriptions and actively approaching candidates to conducting interviews. Throughout the process, you serve as the main point of contact for candidates, work closely with hiring managers and HR to find the right match, and contribute to employer branding and optimizing recruitment strategies.

What this looks like in practice
As an SAP Recruiter, you work independently while being part of an enthusiastic HR team. You manage the recruitment process for SAP profiles, conduct exploratory interviews, and guide candidates through the entire application journey. You collaborate with Marketing & Communications to ensure an optimal candidate experience and work closely with Office Managers, team leaders, and management. You contribute innovative ideas for recruitment and help strengthen our employer brand.

Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the application process
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure optimal matches
Contribute ideas for employer branding and recruitment strategies
Maintain a network of SAP professionals
Job requirements

You are a strong communicator, proactive, and have a network-oriented mindset. You know how to engage the right candidates and connect talent with the organization. You work in a structured and independent manner, with a strong focus on providing a positive candidate experience.
Your profile
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an IT/SAP environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s level education (HBO/WO equivalent)
Experience with recruitment processes and sourcing scarce IT profiles
Proactive, creative, and results-driven
Strong communication and networking skills
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and occasionally travel to other offices
Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written

Salary range: €50K – €65K+/year including holiday allowance
