BELANGRIJK:

• Pas dit template niet aan maar DUPLICEER het eerst. Er verschijnt dan een 2tje achter de vacaturetitel. Deze vacature kun je dan gaan bewerken. • Check of je bulletpoints goed ogen in een opsomming en gebruik er slechts 3 tot 5. Bekijk je vacature altijd even op de website om je opmaak te checken. Op de website dienen bulletpoints vinkjes te zijn in huisstijlkleur van je bedrijf (en geen zwarte bolletjes!). Je kunt in Recruitee zelf een opsomming met bulletpoints maken vanuit de opmaakfunctionaliteit.

• Bij het veld 'Vereiste ervaring' (helemaal onderaan) gelieve alleen kiezen tussen 'Instapniveau', 'mid-level' of 'ervaren'.

As an AWS Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the reliability, stability, and scalability of software applications and systems. You work closely with cross-functional teams such as software development, operations, and infrastructure to guarantee an optimal end-to-end user experience. In this role, you play a crucial part in implementing best practices, automation, and continuous improvement of systems.

What this looks like in practice:

• Collaborating with software development teams to manage deployments and resolve issues related to reliability, performance, and scalability

• Developing and implementing monitoring and alerting systems to track performance and availability, and respond promptly to incidents

• Automating deployment processes, configuration management, and infrastructure operations to improve efficiency and minimize human error

• Identifying and implementing scalability solutions to meet growing demand

• Performing root-cause analyses for incidents and recommending solutions to prevent recurrence

• Actively participating in incident management and supporting the resolution of critical operational issues

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

• Experience managing complex software and system environments

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (must) or Azure (preferred)

• Experience managing network infrastructure services like AWS Direct Connect and VPCs

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK)

• Experience setting up and managing Azure DevOps Pipelines

• Strong Python skills

• Familiarity with methodologies such as ITIL, DevOps, Agile, OTAP
