What does this look like in practice?

You start your day with a stand-up. Whether you’re together on location or working from home, knowing how everyone is doing is important. Together with your team and the product owner, you review upcoming projects. In alignment with the customer teams, priorities are set and you get to work.

Together with your team, you are responsible for both development and operations: You build it, you run it. You are always looking for improvements—for the customer, for your team, or to make your own work more enjoyable and interesting. Driven by your sense of responsibility, you love contributing improvement ideas for the products your team manages. These ideas are picked up as quickly as possible.

And of course, things will always come up unexpectedly. Mission Critical means dropping everything when something does go wrong—no matter how robust and stable our environments are.

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

• Knowledge of enterprise IT

• Experience designing and building high‑quality, robust infrastructures

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Git, Terraform, Azure ARM, Powershell

• Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably in Azure DevOps

• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes is a plus

• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible and Puppet is a plus

• Secure-by-default mindset

• Willingness to work on-site with the client once every 1–2 weeks

• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written (C1/C2 level)
