BELANGRIJK:

At Conclusion Services, we are looking for an HR Contracting Officer to strengthen our team. In this role, you are responsible for the entire process surrounding assignment requests and contract administration for both internal and external consultants.

• You manage the mailboxes for assignment requests and contract administration.

• You initiate new requests and ensure an optimal match between consultants and assignments.

• You guide the offering process, optimising CVs and motivations so that they align with the client's needs.

In addition, you handle contract administration:

• You draft agreements, create external accounts, and maintain contact with suppliers and external consultants.

• You monitor the time registration process, identify deviations, and support colleagues with questions about processes.

• You work closely with various teams and actively contribute to improving our services.

  As an HR Contracting Officer, you work in a dynamic team where collaboration, responsibility, and humour are key. You are an important link in connecting people and processes within Conclusion.
