You are involved in the entire integration lifecycle: from analysis, design and configuration to testing and go-live.

How this looks in practice
As an Integration Consultant SAP HCM / SuccessFactors (medior/senior), you are the key player in delivering reliable and secure HR integrations for our customers. Together with your colleagues in the HR Solutions team, you ensure that SAP HCM and SuccessFactors are optimally configured and connected to other systems. You configure, maintain and optimise the solutions, analyse results and advise customers on improvements, so that processes run smoothly and maximum value is delivered.
What you will do
You set up integration projects and guide them from analysis, design and configuration through to testing and go-live.
You monitor the progress and quality of integrations and coordinate with colleagues and customers to manage expectations.
You build strong relationships with customers and partners and advise on best practices and process optimisation.
You actively contribute to new projects, translate customer requirements into concrete integration solutions and contribute to implementation proposals.
Together with the HR Solutions team, you always strive for reliable, secure and future-proof solutions that deliver maximum value for the customer.

What you bring
At least 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant or in a similar integration role
Experience in setting up, configuring and managing integrations, preferably with SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) or Boomi
Both analytical and results-driven: you know how to manage different interests and expectations and keep oversight in complex integration projects
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Affinity with HR processes and advising customers on best practices

Salary range: €52K – €85K per year including holiday allowance
