You are the trusted advisor guiding clients through digital transformations in their procurement and financial processes. You translate strategic objectives into practical SAP solutions, combining deep expertise with a strong focus on client relationships.

• You play a key role in the Discovery, Prepare, and Explore phases of SAP implementations

• You analyze business requirements, model Procure-to-Pay processes, and advise on SAP solutions based on Best Business Practices

• You work closely with business stakeholders, sales, and project management, taking a leading role in the execution of implementations

What this looks like in practice

As an SAP Business Consultant Procure to Pay (mid-level/senior), you are the primary point of contact for clients during their transition to S/4HANA and Ariba, from Public Cloud to international greenfield implementations. You analyze procurement and financial processes, translate them into concrete SAP solutions, and advise clients on optimizations. You actively contribute to presales, research initiatives, and the development of services and tools, ensuring projects are delivered in a structured, efficient, and successful manner.

What you will do

• Guide clients through the Discovery, Prepare, and Explore phases of SAP P2P implementations

• Analyze procurement and financial processes and translate them into practical SAP solutions

• Advise on process optimizations and system configuration within Procure-to-Pay

• Work closely with project managers, sales, and stakeholders, monitoring planning and execution

• Support presales, system analyses, and innovation projects within myBrand Conclusion

• Contribute to improving services, tools, and knowledge sharing across the organization

Your profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an SAP Business Consultant or in a similar role

• Knowledge of SAP S/4, SAP Ariba, and procurement and financial processes

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level education (HBO/WO equivalent)

• Experience translating business processes into SAP solutions

• Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels

• Analytical and results-driven, capable of leading projects and teams

• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and be present on client sites
