Our clients’ IT environments must be available 24/7. If there’s a disruption, your colleagues in the Operations Center will call immediately to map and resolve the issue. For example, imagine a wind farm that is no longer visible to the client. Is the problem on-site? Or in the data or container? Because you know the client’s applications inside and out, you act quickly and identify the root cause fast.

Your responsibilities include:

• Taking responsibility for the reliability, stability, availability, quality, and scalability of our services

• Supporting DevOps teams on hybrid cloud platforms, advising and helping improve platforms with self-service capabilities, and introducing new platforms

• Helping SRE teams become more autonomous

• Acting as an expert in resolving incidents and problems in collaboration with the OC, CMC platform teams, chain management, and service management processes

• Performing quality checks on DevOps and platform team deliverables and actively contributing to improving product and service quality

• Technically coordinating and executing complex change projects

Jouw vaardigheden: (← dit niet weghalen!)

• Minimum bachelor’s level education

• Familiarity with deployment, configuration, and monitoring of applications

• Excellent automation knowledge with tools such as Puppet and Terraform

• Experience with Azure (DevOps), APM (Dynatrace), Zabbix, Prometheus, or Stackstate

• Broad knowledge of pipelines, platforms, and tooling

• Experience with Kubernetes

• Experience with OpenShift

• Knowledge of Container Services, Azure pipelines, Datadog, Dynatrace, Elastic, CI/CD

• Willingness to dive into the technology stack of Conclusion and NS

• Knowledge of and affinity with (Generative) AI is a strong plus. We’re looking for colleagues who are curious about new technologies and can translate AI’s potential into smart IT solutions
