As a Lead Developer, you take responsibility for creating the best custom applications for our clients. From development to deployment, you ensure everything is technically sound. You work closely with clients and development teams to achieve the best results. You know how to translate your knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm for software development into top-quality solutions and knowledge sharing. In this role, you will:

• Lead the development team, assign tasks, and monitor project progress;

• Act as a mentor and coach for junior and mid-level developers in the team;

• Serve as a sparring partner for clients, reporting on progress and technical decisions;

• Test software (automated or manual) to ensure functionality and reliability;

• Write sustainable code that considers long-term maintenance of applications.

• At least 5 years of experience as a software developer, including several years in a leadership role;

• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and modern technologies;

• Proven experience in a leadership position—you are a motivator and connector;

• Deep understanding of relevant programming languages, frameworks, and architectural principles (e.g., .NET, DevOps, SOLID);

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively—the better you understand their needs, the better you can deliver;

• Interest in modern technology, both in programming languages and beyond—you know, for example, how to apply AI in your work.
